Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
During periods of high demand or in the event of delays by the shipping provider, delivery times may be longer in individual cases.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
If we offer free shipping, this will be clearly indicated directly on the website or at checkout.
4. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct.
If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping costs may arise and must be borne by the customer.
5. Delivery delays
We make every effort to ship all orders quickly and reliably.
We assume no liability for delays caused by the shipping provider, force majeure, weather events, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Damaged delivery or shipping issues
If your order arrives damaged or if there are any problems with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, if possible, also send photos of the problem.
7. Partial deliveries
In individual cases, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels for logistical reasons. If this applies, we will inform you separately where possible.
